The B Project is focused on the black experience in the corporate workplace. This project is an opportunity to contribute your story to a collection of voices. The world’s access to your story means improved workplace culture.
Our COLLECTIVE welcomes you!
The mission of the B Project is to demonstrate how black people can collectively create a product useful in shifting workplace culture. Our Collective targets black professionals in corporate settings. We aim to create change and provide strategies and tactics for sustained professionalism in the corporate work environment.

We want to hear from both men and women who are invested in sharing their corporate workplace experiences with our mission as the foundation of your work.
We want both black men and women invested in and committed to participating in a Writing Collective group. Your time investment is 5-10 hours per month with one mandatory meeting per month. The time investment will vary and increase after publication and during marketing and promotion of the book.
