Step 0: Check Your Email (First!)

• Open your email and find the LegalShield Welcome message.

• Save your Member ID (you may need it to verify your account).

• Didn’t get it? Check Spam/Promotions or contact me.

Step 1: Download the App

• Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

• Search “LegalShield” and install.

• No smartphone? Go to legalshield.com → Member Login.

Step 2: Sign In (or Create Login if Needed)

• Open the LegalShield app (or go to legalshield.com → Member Login).

• If you already have a username and password: enter them to sign in.

• If not: tap Create Account, enter the email you used to sign up, set a password, and complete verification.

Step 3: Save Your Provider Law Firm’s Number

• In the app, open My Provider Law Firm.

• Save the phone number to your contacts.

Step 4: Request Legal Help

• Tap Request Legal Help (or Open a Case).

• Choose a topic (contracts, landlord, traffic, will, family, etc.).

• Briefly describe your issue and upload any documents/photos.

Step 5: Answer the Call

• Your provider law firm will call you back.

• Tip: Pick up unknown numbers while you’re waiting.

Optional: Add Family (If Included)

• Go to Account/Settings → add spouse/children.

Emergencies (Covered Issues Only)

• Use the 24/7 Emergency button in the app for urgent legal matters.
