The goal of our business is Ownership — achieving the level of Regional Vice President (RVP).
At this level, you have the ability to earn $8,000 – $25,000+ per month, plus bonuses and business equity that can be willed to your family.

The path to RVP is built step-by-step. Each level increases your contract percentage, your income, and your leadership responsibility.

Step 1: IBA (Independent Business Associate) – 25%

Start Here: Submit IBA & get Rep ID.
What you earn: On a $1,000 annual premium, you take home $250.
Focus: Learn the business, get licensed, start writing personal policies.

Step 2: District Leader – 50%

Requirement: Develop 3 IBAs.
What you earn: $500 on your own $1,000 policy.
Overrides: When your IBA writes $1,000, they earn $250 and you get $250 override.
Focus: Build your first small team and begin earning overrides.

Step 3: Division Leader – 60%

Requirement: Develop 3 District Leaders.
What you earn: $600 on your own $1,000 policy.
Overrides:
- District (50%) sells = you earn $100 override
- IBA (25%) sells = you earn $350 override
Focus: Grow leadership under you while continuing your own production.

Step 4: Regional Leader – 70%

Requirement: Develop 3 Division Leaders.
What you earn: $700 on your own $1,000 policy.
Overrides:
- Division (60%) sells = you earn $100 override
- District (50%) sells = you earn $200 override
- IBA (25%) sells = you earn $450 override
Focus: Expand your team and leadership base.

Step 5: Regional Vice President (RVP) – OWNERSHIP

Requirement: Develop 3 Regional Leaders & $50,000 monthly team production.
What you earn: $8,000 – $25,000+ per month (varies by team size, production, and bonuses).
Benefits:
- Open your own office.
- True business ownership.
- Income can be passed down to your family.
- Bonuses and equity opportunities.
Focus: Leadership, duplication, and building other leaders.
