Advance learning literacy to strengthen how institutions design, support, and sustain learning.
When we talk about learning literacy, we are referring to the knowledge, practices, and systems that make strong learning cultures possible.
Learning literacy is the capacity of individuals and institutions to intentionally design, enact, and sustain meaningful learning cultures. Learning culture reflects how learning is valued, structured, communicated, and supported over timeβnot just what is taught, but how learning is experienced, reinforced, and sustained.
As a literacy-centered organization, we approach learning culture through this lens, focusing on meaning-making, transfer, and growth across educational and organizational contexts.
